Paolo Donadio

Paolo Donadio currently serves as the Head of Engineering & Technology at Hy2gen AG since January 2024. Previously, Paolo held the position of Project Manager Hydrogen at INP Deutschland GmbH from November 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing all project phases in PEM electrolysis, leading interdisciplinary teams, and managing costs and quality. Prior to this, Paolo worked as Construction Manager at Bertsch Energy GmbH & Co KG from November 2015 to November 2019, focusing on international construction sites and the commissioning of biomass power plants. Education includes a Master of Science in Intelligent Energysystems from Hochschule Burgenland and certifications in quality management from TÜV Süd.
