Tim Steele

Tim Steele is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology Engineering at National Gas Transmission since February 2023. Previously, Tim held multiple roles at National Grid, including Head of IT Engineering and Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, focusing on UK Engineering Systems and digital enablement from January 2011 to February 2023. Tim's earlier positions at National Grid included Portfolio Lead Architect and Lead Solution Architect, showcasing a strong background in systems engineering and architecture. Prior to National Grid, Tim worked as the IT Manager for Blue-NG, leading IT efforts for a joint venture, and also served as CNI System Support Manager and Systems Engineer at National Grid from January 1998 to August 2009.
