Cynthia Esparza

Cynthia Esparza has a background in the hospitality industry, starting from a bank teller to eventually becoming an Assistant Branch Manager at Bank of Hawaii. With their transition to Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa, Cynthia now holds the position of Colleague Experience/ HR Manager. Cynthia also has experience in the restaurant industry, working as a Cocktail Server at Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman and a Food Expeditor at LAHAINA GRILL, where Cynthia eventually became a Lead Hostess. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Chaminade University of Honolulu and an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hawaii Maui College.
