Jason Baer

Jason Baer has a solid work experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in sales and marketing roles. Jason is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa from January 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they served as the Associate Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt San Diego from April 2018 to January 2020 and as a Senior Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa from May 2015 to April 2018. Their career progression also includes a role as a Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency San Francisco from June 2013 to May 2015. Jason began their career at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa as Guest Services from May 2008 to June 2013. Additionally, Jason also worked at Win Win Productions, where they started as a part-time employee and eventually became the Head Program Coach from June 2006 to August 2012.

Jason Baer has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Orange Coast College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Jason Baer obtained a California Real Estate License from the State of California in January 2014.
