Alex Sanchez

Alex Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Sourcing Manager at HyAxiom, Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Global Sourcing Senior Commodity Manager at Keurig from July 2017 to January 2020. Alex also held the position of Senior Purchasing Manager at Vicor Corporation from August 2015 to May 2017.

Before joining Vicor Corporation, Alex was the VP Supply Chain at MC Assembly from December 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the vision and strategy for the supply chain function.

From January 2012 to October 2014, Alex worked at Raytheon Integrated Defense as a Senior Manager in Strategic Global Sourcing. Alex developed and implemented a global sourcing strategy and expanded supplier relationships. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Raytheon Integrated Defense, including Senior Manager in Global Supply Base Optimization and Senior Principal Systems Engineer.

Alex's earlier experiences include working as a Program Manager at Raytheon Integrated Defense from November 2004 to January 2006. Alex also served as the Thermal Systems Sourcing Manager at Teradyne from October 1999 to October 2004, where they achieved cost reductions and successfully transitioned production to China.

Alex'scareer began at Pratt & Whitney, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 1995 to March 1999. During this time, they led a team, rotated through different departments, and successfully reduced quality defects.

Alex Sanchez has a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, which they obtained from 1997 to 1998. Prior to their master's, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, graduating from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alex also obtained the certification of Certified Federal Contract Manager from the National Contract Management Association in September 2014, and they became a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS in July 2011.
