Phil Lachelier, M.B.A.

Phil Lachelier, M.B.A. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil started their career at Fisher Technology as a Tech in 1987. Later, they moved to Jacobs Vehicle Systems and Danaher as an Engineering Technician from 1994 to 2000. In 2002, Phil joined UTC Power and held various roles including Green Energy Incentives Program Leader and Lead Engineering Tech. & Lab Manager until 2013. Phil then transitioned to Clear Edge Power as a Renewable Energy Incentives Leader for a brief period. From 2013 to 2015, Phil worked as a Transition Manager at United Technologies. Currently, they are associated with HyAxiom, Inc. where they have been working since 2015 in multiple positions, including Senior Electrical Engineer and Senior Research Technologist.

Phil then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Hartford from 1987 to 2008. Lastly, in the years 2008 to 2010, they completed their education by earning an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Hartford.
