Pedro Rodolfo de León Monterroso

Pedro Rodolfo de León Monterroso has held various positions in the accounting and finance field since 1993. Pedro Rodolfo began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Distribuidor La Nueva Cervecería in 1993. Pedro Rodolfo then moved to IMDELSA Dist. De Rep. as a Chief Accountant in 1998. After that, they held the same position at CGC Guatemala in 2000. In 2003, they took on the role of HR and Communication Director at L'Oréal. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Publicar as both the Financial Manager and HR Manager, and in 2014, they became the CEO of Market-Inc Supports. Currently, they are the CFO Latin America at HYBRICO Energy Technologies Ltd., where their main activities include the preparation of consolidated reports and by country based on NIFF standards of all countries, presentation of the board of directors of consolidated reports, control of cash flows projected for 10 years, fiscal control, exchange, and legal of the entire organization, as well as Human Resources Management for the organization.

Pedro Rodolfo de León Monterroso completed a Digital Marketing degree from IAB Colombia in 2014. From 2010 to 2011, they earned a Gerencia Estrategica degree from Universidad de La Sabana in the field of Administración y gestión de empresas, general. Pedro Rodolfo also completed a Business Administrator degree from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala between 1994 and 2002, with a focus on finance.
