Finlay Rarity

Finlay Rarity has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from August 2014 to December 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Bartender at Somewhere Else Cirencester Limited, where they served a variety of drinks and cocktails, waited tables, and provided customer service until May 2019.

In 2018, Finlay worked as a Bartender at Teezers Retro Golf, where they created mini golf-inspired cocktails, managed customer bookings, and maintained the cleanliness and stocks of the bar area until March 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Development Manager at New Vision Sports Group Ltd from July to August 2019.

In 2019, Finlay held two more roles. First, as a Marketing Intern at Catalyst Personal Training Ltd from June to September, where they managed social media and established a more efficient management platform. Second, as a Business Development Executive at Relish Festive Ltd from May 2019 to May 2020, they developed strategies to increase profits for different businesses under the Relish umbrella and successfully managed Christmas Markets and pop-up events resulting in a turnover of over £8,000.

In 2021, Finlay joined Leyton as a Commercial Executive from June to September, focusing on commercial functions. They later worked as a Client Success Manager at GDS Group from September 2021 to April 2022, contributing to client success and satisfaction.

Currently, Finlay holds the position of Partnerships Development Manager at Hybrid, starting from April 2022.

Finlay Rarity pursued their education from 2017 to 2021, during which they attended two different institutions. Finlay first enrolled at Coventry University, where they studied Sports Management and obtained a degree in the same field. Simultaneously, they also attended the Chartered Management Institute, where they pursued a degree in Chartered Manager & Leader. This program focused on various aspects of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
