Rebecca Rivenbark

Rebecca A. Rivenbark currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation since October 2022 and has held the position of General Counsel and Chief People Officer at Approyo, Inc. since December 2018. Previously, Rebecca was General Counsel, Vice President of Human Resources, and Corporate Secretary at Allied Nevada Gold Corp. from 2011 to 2014, and served as Assistant Regional Counsel for Newmont Mining Corporation from 2009 to 2011. Additional experience includes working as Counsel in private practice from 2004 to 2009, and as an Attorney At Law at Button Bartlett & Glogovac from 1999 to 2004. Rebecca began the legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the State of Nevada - Second Judicial District Court from 1998 to 1999. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in English Literature from the University of Nevada (1992).
