Robert Spears

Robert Spears has extensive experience in health and safety management and process supervision within the mining industry. Currently serving as Health and Safety Manager at Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation since February 2020, Robert has also held the roles of Health and Safety Superintendent and Health and Safety Specialist at the same organization. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Process Operations Supervisor at OceanaGold Corporation from December 2018 to February 2020, and as a Safety/Security Technician at SSR Mining Inc. from April 2018 to September 2018. Robert's career began at Rio Tinto, where Robert worked as a Process Supervisor from June 2008 to March 2018.
