Ivan Milijić

Ivan Milijić has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2007 as a Junior System Administrator at Telefon d.o.o. Ivan then worked as a Technical Support Officer at SezamPro Online for a few months in 2008.

In 2010, Ivan joined the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic ''Narodni front'' as a System Administrator. Ivan was responsible for coordinating and supporting the deployment of the Hospital Information System, maintaining Windows Server infrastructure, and providing hardware maintenance and support.

In 2016, Ivan joined MERA as a T2 Customer Support Specialist, where they provided technical support for an iPad-based POS application and its web-based backend. Ivan also troubleshooted hardware issues.

After that, Ivan moved to Comtrade Software in 2017 as a Technical Support Engineer. Ivan then transitioned to HYCU, Inc. in 2018, where they held various roles including Senior Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Team Lead, and currently, Senior Lead Engineer. At HYCU, Ivan provided technical support for backup/restore and disaster recovery products portfolio, troubleshooting application and environment issues, onboarding support engineers, and collaborating with R&D for issue resolution and customer experience enhancement.

Throughout their career, Ivan has gained expertise in areas such as networking, storage systems, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), databases (Oracle), and technical writing.

Ivan Milijić completed their education in a chronological order. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Srednja tehnička PTT škola in Belgrade, where they obtained a Telecommunications Technician degree with a focus on Telecommunications Technology/Technician. Following that, they pursued further education at ICT College of Vocational Studies in Belgrade from 2005 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan has also obtained various certifications. In September 2020, they became an Enterprise Cloud HYCU Admin through HYCU, Inc. In October 2020, they achieved the Nutanix Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI) certification from Nutanix. Further, in April 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Ivan also holds the Nutanix Certified Professional - Data Services (NCP-DS) certification and the Nutanix University Subject Matter Expert certification, both obtained in April 2021. Lastly, in June 2021, they became a Nutanix Certified Master - Multicloud Infrastructure, and in July 2021, they obtained the Nutanix Certified Professional - Database Automation certification, both from Nutanix.
