Steve Austin Bsc

Steve Austin BSc (HONS) possesses extensive experience in property and maintenance services management. Currently serving as Head Of Maintenance at The Hyde Group since February 2020 and Head of Property Services at First Wessex since August 2007, Steve oversees a diverse workforce including managers, supervisors, surveyors, and repairs officers. Notable previous positions include Head of VIVID Property Services from April 2017 to February 2020 and Maintenance Manager at HVHS in 2007. Steve holds a BSc (HONS) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Portsmouth.
