Tony Morgan

Tony Morgan has extensive experience in the housing industry. Tony currently serves as the Head of Specialist Housing and Strategic Neighbourhoods at The Hyde Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at Hyde as the Head of Housing Kent Region and Hyde Sheltered and Supported Housing from November 2017 to November 2023. Tony also worked as the Interim Director Resident Services (The Regions) from May 2016 to November 2023 and as the Interim Head of Housing (South Region) from March 2014 to November 2023. Before joining Hyde, Tony worked at AJ Morgan Ltd as a Director from September 2012 to September 2014. Tony also worked at Swan Housing Group as the Director of Care and Support in 2013 and at Moat as the Interim Director of Housing Operations from December 2011 to June 2012 and as the Director of Sheltered and Supported Housing from September 2004 to December 2011.

Tony Morgan has a well-rounded education history. Tony obtained a Master of Science (MSC) degree in Housing from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Post Grad Certificate in Community and Youth Work at the University of Birmingham in 1981. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Birmingham City University, achieving a 2:1 classification between 1976 and 1980. Earlier on, Tony earned an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Studies from Shrewsbury Art and Technical College from 1974 to 1976.
