Dave Brooks

Dave Brooks has over 23 years of work experience in various roles related to electrical engineering and product development. Dave is currently the Director of Electrical Engineering at Hydra Dyne Technology Inc. Previously, they worked as the Manager of Product Development at StarTech.com from 2015 to 2021 and at ZTR Control Systems from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Navistar Inc, including Electrical Systems Manager, Software Developer - Vehicle Control Algorithms, and Electrical Engineer - Instrumentation and Control.

Dave Brooks has a strong educational background in both business administration and engineering. Dave obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Dave also obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn in July 2019.
