Mark Antonucci

Beginning on Wall Street, Mr. Antonucci was considered a prodigy at Shearson, Lehman Hutton where he worked in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions for a number of years. As a result of his success he was among a small group selected for a prestigious management training program. Those early days prepared him for a successful 20-year career as a senior executive in financial services, an entrepreneur and now a pioneer in the development of a new independent power provider that seeks to meet the growing need for affordable, renewable and clean energy.

Along the road of achievements, he specialized in the purchase and sales of mortgage-backed securities at Cowen and Company in New York, before striking out on his own, founding Millennium Capital Corporation, where his focus was management, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.

In January 2017 Mr. Antonucci founded TKD Sports and Health Foundation, Corp. a Florida not for profit company and is registered as a 501-c-3 company with the Internal Revenue Service, (“TKDSH”). TKDSH supports individuals and organizations that promotes Health and Education through Sporting events. TKDSH sponsors and educates children and adults for a better and healthier lifestyle, through nutrition education, sports involvement, such as but not limited to Taekwondo, Golf, Volleyball and any other organized and accredited sporting activities.

Mr. Antonucci's portfolio also includes directing activities associated with taking a company public as Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of Method Products Corporation, a telecommunications company. Under his direction, MPC was a holding company which followed a roll-up strategy to acquire and incorporate many small firms in the field into a significant group.

Always leading and growing businesses and capitalizing on financial possibilities, Mr. Antonucci set out into unchartered water developing alternative energy from a new source: undersea currents. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Hydro Alternative Energy.

Mr. Antonucci is a certified 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo with the Kukkiwon, Taekwondo’s international headquarters and USA Taekwondo, the US’s national governing body for the sport of taekwondo in the US. Mr. Antonucci is a certified Level 1 Coach and referee in USA Taekwondo. On April 1st, 2019 Mr. Antonucci was appointed as the President and CEO of, Florida Sport Taekwondo Federation (“FST”), which is the Florida State sanctioned Sport Taekwondo organization. FST is sanctioned by USA Taekwondo and the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
