Mark Escandor

Mark Escandor is an experienced training and development manager with a strong background in program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Training Programs at Hydro One since June 2021, Mark has previously held managerial positions in training and development at Swissport from July 2017 to March 2020, and at GardaWorld for a brief period in 2017. Mark's extensive experience at Air Canada from April 2000 to February 2016 includes roles as the Baggage Reconciliation Product Manager and Customer Service Operations Manager. Mark holds a Diploma of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from St. Francis Xavier University, earned between 2021 and 2022, and has further educational credentials from Sheridan College and the Toronto School of Business.
