Patrick Barrett

Patrick Barrett has extensive experience in leadership development and HR service delivery, with significant roles at United Rentals, Gartner, and Allegis Group. At United Rentals, Barrett served as Manager of Training Programs, where leadership training initiatives were developed and managed, and later as Director of HR Service Delivery, overseeing the implementation of Workday and managing a six-member HR team. Barrett also directed the Learning and Talent department, leading a team of 19 and managing a budget of $2.5 million to support organizational learning for a staff of 18,000 to 19,000. Prior experience includes managing the Global training function for Gartner's Client Service Organization and serving as a Performance Consultant at Allegis Group, focusing on performance improvement and training projects. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Learning and Development from George Mason University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Davidson College.
