Damien Louis

Damien Louis, MBA, currently serves as Chief Telecom Excellence Centers at Hydro Québec, where leadership encompasses four teams and over 100 staff, focusing on the delivery of innovative telecom products and services while promoting agility and continuous improvement. Previously, at Rogers Communications, Damien held several key roles, including Director of Strategic Programs Governance, overseeing large-scale capital projects and expanding the 5G network, and managing the National Opex Cost Reduction Program, achieving cost reductions without customer impact. Earlier experiences include positions at Orange France and Bouygues Telecom, where Damien excelled in product management and project ownership within international roaming and telecom operations. Educational credentials include an MBA from Concordia University and an engineering degree in Information and Decision Making Systems from Université de Technologie de Troyes.
