Dominique Fagnoule

Dominique Fagnoule is the current Director at Hydro-Québec. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice Président Information Technology and member of the president's office at Banque Nationale from April 2013 to October 2020. Dominique also served as the CIO and Executive Committee member at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from February 2009 to April 2013. During their time at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, they led a triple transformation of the IT practice, IT systems, and business transformation of the company. Dominique has been instrumental in the amazing growth of Banque Nationale and BNP Paribas Personal Finance over the years.

Dominique Fagnoule attended the University of Liège, where they studied Ingénieur Civil and specialized in Electronique (Informatique).
