Nick Duncan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nick began their career as a Solicitor at Gadens Lawyers in 1999, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, Nick served as the Corporate Counsel at HydroChem, providing advice on business operations and updating company documentation. Nick then took on the role of Director at AIRAH from 2005 to 2011. In 2006, Nick became the CEO of HydroChem, a position they held until 2020. During this time, they played a key role in the company's growth and development. In 2020, Nick took on a consulting role in business transformation at ST. ALi Coffee Roasters, and in 2021, they joined Deakin University as the Implementation Manager for the BatTRI-Hub 2.0 project.
Nick Duncan attended Melbourne High School from 1990 to 1992. Nick then pursued a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degree at Monash University from 1993 to 1997. In 2019, Nick completed the Graduate Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
