Robert Molina

Robert Molina, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of FP&A at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President - FP&A at Hydrofarm LLC. Molina has extensive experience in financial leadership, including roles as Managing Director at FTI Consulting and Operating Partner at Altair Acquisitions. At Hostess Brands, Molina functioned as Senior Vice President of FP&A and Consumer Finance, responsible for assessing commercial opportunities and profitability for the organization post-bankruptcy. Early in a career that began in financial analytics at Motorola and Freescale Semiconductor, Molina also has a strong foundation in engineering, holding an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
