Hillary Miller has a diverse work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Hillary started their career in 2000 at DDB, where they held various roles such as VP/Senior Strategic Planner and SVP/Strategy Director. At DDB, they oversaw strategy for clients like Amtrak and Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, and also participated in new business development.
In 2008, Hillary joined the Seattle Wunderman Network | Y&RG Seattle as VP, Global Strategic Services Director, where they worked until 2013. Their responsibilities included leading global strategic services for the agency.
From 2013 to 2014, Hillary worked as VP of Strategy & Training at Mirren Business Development. In this role, they oversaw new business strategy for advertising agencies and creative services firms, and implemented marketing programs to increase sales.
Since 2014, Hillary has been associated with Hydrogen Advertising, where they initially served as Partner, VP Accounts & Strategy. Hillary led strategic planning and the marketing team for various B2B and B2C clients. Hillary developed marketing strategies, managed paid/earned/owned teams, and implemented CRM and social media tactics. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hydrogen Advertising.
Hillary Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Washington. In 1998, they briefly attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, but did not obtain a degree in that field. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Executive Coaching from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in August 2013 and in Qualitative Research Moderation from RIVA Market Research & Training Institute in June 2007.
