Brendan Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brendan is currently employed as an Advanced Technology Manager at HII Unmanned Systems since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Architect 4 at HII Technical Solutions from March 2021 to March 2023. Brendan also held the role of Engineer Systems 3 at the same company from June 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining HII Technical Solutions, Brendan worked at Hydroid, Inc. as a Systems and Controls Engineer from May 2018 to June 2020. Brendan also served as a Mechanical Engineer at Hydroid from July 2016 to May 2018.

Earlier in their career, Brendan worked at Mclane Research Laboratories as a Production/Development Engineer from August 2014 to July 2016. Brendan also gained experience as a Researcher at the University of New Hampshire in 2014, where they focused on advanced control theory for autonomous flight control.

In 2013, Brendan held the position of NASA Undergraduate Researcher at the NASA Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) Mission, where they managed a research grant and worked on designing and building quad-copters for satellite simulation.

Before that, Brendan worked as a Corrosion Engineer Intern at National Grid in 2013 and as a Crew Member at Mark Invernizzi Landscaping from 2011 to 2013. Brendan also had a role as a Resident Advisor at the University of New Hampshire from 2010 to 2011.

Brendan Martin obtained a Master's Degree in Systems & Control Engineering with a concentration in Dynamics from Case Western Reserve University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of New Hampshire, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from 2009 to 2014. Before entering higher education, Brendan Martin attended Whitman Hanson High School, where they obtained their High School diploma in General Education from 2005 to 2009.
