Craig Caldwell

Electrical Engineer at Hydroid

Craig Caldwell has a total of 10 years of work experience. Craig began their career in 2013 as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Electric Boat. In 2016, they moved to Hydroid, Inc. where they held the position of Electrical Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Applied Radar Inc. from 2005 to 2013. During their time at Applied Radar Inc., they served as a RF Design Engineer, using AnSoft simulation software to design various types of microwave structures. Craig also had limited experience in network analyzer operation and anechoic chamber measurements. Additionally, they completed an ELE Internship at Applied Radar Inc., during which they worked on the development of electronic textile antennas and learned the basics of phased array radar technology.

Craig Caldwell attended University of Rhode Island from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Craig then attended Northeastern University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Masters of Science in Electromagnetics. In 2010-2011, they attended University of Massachusetts, studying Radar systems and antenna design, but did not obtain a degree.
