Jon Olney, PMP

Jon Olney, PMP has over 38 years of experience in the engineering and project management fields. From 2021 to 2020, they were the Program Manager at HII Unmanned Systems, where they were responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting for both new development and production projects for unmanned autonomous undersea vehicles, primarily for the US Navy. From 2020 to 2019, they were the Engineering Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, where they led and managed a team of engineers in the development and/or production of Submarine Communications equipment. From 2019 to 2018, they were the Project Lead at Jacobs. From 2018 to 2014, they were the Program Manager at SAIC, where they managed several subcontractor teams in the development of a cryptographic device for the Army. From 2014 to 2008, they were the Deputy Program Manager and Project Lead at Engility Corporation. Finally, from 2008 to 1982, they were the Program Engineer, Senior Principal Software Engineer, and Principal Software Engineer/Hardware Engineer at Raytheon, where they were responsible for various software and hardware projects.

Jon Olney, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwestern University. Jon also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2020.
