Program Manager

Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth Observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our data analytics team in Luxembourg combines best-in-class remote sensing, machine learning, and cutting-edge fusion approaches to thermal imagery to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to the agri-food industry.

What you’ll do

As a Program Manager, you will support successful execution of project and product development initiatives that adhere to company objectives, and work cross functionally with science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for inter-connected software, data science, and research projects
• Develop project management plans, including resourcing, schedules and budgets
• Communicate project needs and status to technical project teams and engineering managers
• Apply appropriate lightweight frameworks for change, risk and resource management
• Evaluate tenders and provide support in writing project proposals
• Prepare reports for external and internal stakeholders
