Debra Engelter is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in quality assurance, customer support, and accounts payable. Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Hyer since April 2022, Debra previously held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Jyve Corporation, where responsibilities included vendor relationship management, developing quality standards, and facilitating process improvements. Prior to that, Debra worked as a Support Specialist, ensuring high-level customer service and managing accounts using Zendesk CRM. Debra began a career at National Heritage Academies, first as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where financial reporting and invoice processing were key duties, and earlier as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on office management and client communication.
