Shanti Gajic

Shanti Gajic has worked for several companies since 2017. In that year, they began working for VIAFON GmbH as Head of Recruitment, where they were responsible for hiring for brands such as HelloFresh, mobile.de, Facebook, and Google on a high scale, leading assessment centers on a weekly basis with up to 25 people, and working with headhunters and a variety of job boards. Shanti also worked as a Praktikant & stellv. Teamlead High Potentials DACH for VIAFON GmbH i.A. von Google Inc. in 2017. In 2019, they became Head of Sales for digital kompakt, and in 2021, they began working for HYGH AG as Head of Sales Operations and Key-Account-Manager.

Shanti Gajic obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Medien- und Wirtschaftspsychologie from HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Assisstent für Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnische Systeme from OSZ Informations- und Medizintechnik between 2011 and 2014.
