Dan Kight

Dan Kight has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Dan currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hylant since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked for ProMedica from October 2018 to July 2022 as the Vice President of Supply Chain. In this role, they managed a $900M supply chain program, negotiated contracts worth over $300M, and supervised 120 direct and indirect reports. Before ProMedica, they worked at HCR ManorCare from September 2003 to September 2018. During their tenure, they held various roles including Treasurer & Chief Administrative Officer, Treasurer & Chief Compliance Officer, VP & Treasurer, Vice President of Ancillary Services, Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, and Manager of Pharmacy Operations. These roles involved responsibilities such as managing budgets, overseeing risk management, FP&A, purchasing, compliance, and internal audit, managing over $600M in spend, and leading a team of up to 20 employees. Prior to HCR ManorCare, they worked at Eli Lilly as a Sr. Business Analyst from May 1998 to February 2003 and at Grant Thornton in various roles related to audit, tax, and consulting from July 1993 to August 1997.

Dan Kight obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1992. Dan also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, completing the program from 1997 to 1999. Alongside their studies, they engaged in international business coursework at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 1991. Prior to their university education, they studied General Studies at Wittenberg University from 1988 to 1989. In addition to their educational background, Dan Kight has obtained certifications as a Certified in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) in September 2016, and as a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in November 1993.
