Erin Jay, CPCU, CLCS has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In their current role as a Client Service Manager at Hylant since December 2021, they are responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Sr. Client Service Specialist at Hylant from March 2021 to December 2021.

Previously, Erin served as an Account Manager at Griswold & Griswold Insurance Agency, Inc. from February 2019 to February 2021. Their responsibilities included managing client accounts and ensuring their insurance needs were met.

Before joining Griswold & Griswold, Erin was a Client Executive - Commercial Lines at NFP from January 2018 to February 2019. Erin specialized in providing excellent service and offering a wide range of coverage options, such as General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Property, to various businesses.

In 2018, Erin worked as an Account Executive at 1st Community Insurance Services, where they focused on helping businesses find the perfect coverage for their needs.

From 2014 to 2018, Erin was an Account Representative at Garcia Insurance, Inc., specializing in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance for local businesses, including contractors, landscapers, doctors, and more.

Erin's career began as an Aflac Independent Agent at Aflac from April 2012 to March 2014. Erin provided supplemental benefits services and assisted policyholders with claims.

Prior to entering the insurance industry, Erin gained experience in museum administration as part of their role at the Coachella Valley History Museum from January 2010 to December 2011.

Erin's earliest work experience was as a General Manager at Alliance Home Medical Equipment from April 2007 to December 2009.

Erin Jay, CPCU, CLCS, has an extensive education history in both business administration and management, as well as fine/studio arts. From 2001 to 2004, they attended the College of the Desert, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Simultaneously, they also achieved an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the same institution.

Prior to their college education, Erin Jay attended La Quinta High School from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their High School Diploma, focusing on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

In addition to their educational achievements, Erin Jay has obtained certifications in their field. In October 2018, they became a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) through The National Underwriter Company. Furthermore, in March 2018, they achieved the esteemed Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from The Institutes.
