Client Service Executive at Hylant

Karen Collins began their work experience in 1974 as an Underwriter at Continental Insurance Company (now CNA), where they worked until 1979. In 1980, they joined Hylant and held various roles, including Senior Client Service Manager until 2014. In their most recent role as a Client Service Executive, Karen provided support and guidance to the Client Executive/Service Team, developed relationships with clients, and maintained and recommended improvements to clients' insurance programs.

Karen Collins attended Michigan State University from 1972 to 1973, but did not obtain a degree or study any specific field during that time. In 1986, they obtained a certification as a Certified Insurance Counselor from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Later, in 2009, they earned a certification as a Certified Risk Manager from Certified Risk Managers International.
