Kimberly Riley

Kimberly Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kimberly began their career at CNA Marketing as the VP of Structured Settlements/Annuities in 2003. Kimberly then joined First Tennessee Bank as the Vice President of Consumer Insurance in 2004. In 2006, they moved to First Horizon Insurance Group where they held various positions, including the COO and later as the President. Kimberly also served as the President of Biery Cheese Co. from 2019 to 2021. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of President at Hylant in both Cleveland and Nashville. Kimberly then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Northeast Region and eventually became the Chief Operations Officer for Property & Casualty at Hylant in 2023. In addition to their insurance career, Kimberly has also served on various boards, including Team NEO and CABLE. Kimberly was the Chairwoman of the Board for March of Dimes of Middle Tennessee. Kimberly was also a member of the Business Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Overall, Kimberly Riley has a strong background in insurance and leadership roles within the industry.

Kimberly Riley completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Trevecca Nazarene University. Kimberly pursued their undergraduate studies from 1987 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Clark State College, where they studied from 1981 to 1983.
