Luis Soto

Luis Soto is a seasoned risk management professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at Hylant since June 2023, Luis also co-founded and leads MasterClass Elite Group as CEO since April 2020. Prior roles include Claims Advocate at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. and Workers’ Compensation and Project Manager at The Cheesecake Factory, where extensive management of complex claims and national programs was demonstrated. Educationally, Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate's degree in Social and Behavioral Studies from Los Angeles Pierce College.
