Juan Diego Rodríguez Hoyos has a wealth of experience in the technical and customer service fields. Juan Diego began their career in 2014 as a Presales Engineer Intern for Unify. In 2015, they worked as an Engineer for Dayling Colombia S.A.S., where they designed an embedded circuit with Linux-based OS, performed security analysis and implementation of data networks, and implemented and configured DNS, DHCP, and NIS servers. In 2016, they held two positions: Technical Leader at Telefónica Colombia and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes. In 2017, they worked as an Integration Engineer and Trainee Integration Engineer for Ericsson. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Infobip as an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, providing quick solutions to problems related to the mGate platform and the main messaging platform. Finally, they are currently employed as a Customer Care Specialist at Hypatos.

Juan Diego Rodríguez Hoyos received their Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Santo Tomás between 2010 and 2014. In August 2021, they obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
