Yann Basly

Yann Basly has a long and varied work experience. Yann began their career in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer at Astrium. In 2012, they moved to Esterline as a Project Manager and also took on the roles of In Service Program Chief Engineer and Responsable Mecanique at Messier-Bugatti-Dowty. From 2014 to 2017, Yann was Head of Support and Technical Project Manager at Magency Digital. In 2018, they participated in the Summer 2018 batch at Y Combinator and is currently Co-founder and CTO at hypcloud.

Yann Basly received a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Composite Materials from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry in 2007. Yann also attended Lycée de l'Europe from 2002 to 2004, studying Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles PTSI/PT.
