Responsibilities:
- Supervision of TMall Store Operations - liaise with TMall agency to deduct product-level performance feedback and update product merchandising on homepage.
- WeChat Mini Program Strategy & Operations - own the end-to-end operations of our webshop on WeChat Mini Program; manage and update visual merchandising of products on WeChat Mini Program; regular reporting on sales performance on WeChat.
- Develop local digital marketing and commercial calendar including campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand/product collaborations in partnership with Marketing and Merchandising teams.
- Monitor, analyse and optimize site and mobile app analytics to improve funnel conversion, digital experience, and category performance.
- Prepare and present HBX China strategy documents, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level presentations for alignments on strategies, performance and business direction.
- Develop local partnerships opportunities to broaden our reach with brands, local publications and other potential marketing channels beyond our existing media and affiliate partnerships.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Economics, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- 5 years of solid experience in a sizable E-Commerce platform with great understanding of China Retail landscape, ideally in the fashion category.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated owned and paid media campaigns including WeChat Ads and influencer marketing.
- Experience in offline or omni marketing events is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial mind-set with a proven track record of achieving personal/team business objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers and products, and the understanding of street culture and HYPEBEAST/HBX background.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Cantonese is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team setting and environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail and can-do attitude.
