Mats Karmeland has a significant background in customer success and project management, with experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success and previously as a Customer Success Manager at Hypergene since May 2006, Mats specializes in the real estate sector, focusing on understanding customer operations, ensuring quality standards, and providing strategic guidance. Prior roles include being a Project Manager and Business Intelligence Consultant at Visma Software from May 1999 to May 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing applications consulting and leading regional consulting efforts in Stockholm. Mats began the professional journey at Skatteverket, working as a Tax and IT Auditor from August 1988 to May 1999.
