Michael Auer

Michael Auer has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the technology and gaming industries. Michael is currently the Vice President of International Business, Growth & Strategy at Hyperice since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of EMEA at Hyperice from February 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Hyperice, Michael was the CEO of ASE Action Sports Electronics GmbH from July 2017 to February 2022. Michael has also held senior positions at GoPro, Capcom, Flashpoint, VIDIS GmbH, Gametek GmbH, and Porst AG. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning.

Michael Auer's education history includes a Bachelor Professional of Trade & Commerce (CCI) degree from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI) in 1999-2000. Prior to that, they completed an apprenticeship in Wholesale and Export Trade, with a specialization in purchasing, at Conrad Electronic GmbH in Hirschau from 1990 to 1993. In 1989-1990, they studied Mathematics, Politics, Japanese, and German at the University of Sydney.
