Eevera Senthamil is a Human Resources Consultant at HyperVerge Inc. since July 2020, focusing on campus hiring for 2024 with a requirement of over 100 interns across 14 roles. Previously served as Associate Manager of Human Resources, facilitating team expansion from 100 to over 500 employees and leading recruitment efforts in Vietnam and Nigeria. Eevera began as a Program Manager, where the initial focus included understanding talent calibration and assessing educational contributions for business impact. Other experiences include roles at the India School Leadership Institute as Government Program Manager, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences as a Research Assistant, and Bhumi as Content and Training Lead. Additionally, Eevera contributed as Content Manager at Avanti Fellows, managing digital content for a study in partnership with the MacArthur Foundation that benefited over 3,000 children. Eevera's earlier career includes a fellowship at Teach For India and internships at GE Energy and BMW. Eevera holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
