Manoj Jhaveri is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hyr Medical. Prior to Hyr Medical, Manoj was a Founding Partner at Ten09 Consulting LLC where they helped organizations develop and implement new strategies and processes for consistent, breakthrough innovation. Manoj has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Case Western Reserve University, developing and facilitating engaging classroom sessions using the Socratic method. Manoj is passionate about helping organizations achieve their growth potential and has worked with clients such as an $8B global food & beverage company, $500M global beauty and cosmetics conglomerate, and $20B consumer products manufacturer.

Manoj Jhaveri has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a focus in strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship. Manoj also has a M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
