Timothy Kedzior

Timothy Kedzior is an experienced training and development professional with a strong background in instructional design and regulatory training. Currently serving as a Senior Training Manager at HYTORC since June 2021, Timothy previously held the position of Instructional Design Supervisor at Novartis, where responsibilities included implementing the ADDIE model for CAR-T019 process training and managing a growing team. With over ten years of regulatory experience, Timothy has created training programs across various modalities and conducted training needs analysis in prior roles at Triangle Manufacturing Company, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Progress Energy, and DTE Energy. Timothy holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technologies from Wayne State University and a B.A. in English from the same institution.
