Vinnie Favia

Vinnie Favia has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. In their current position as Chief Financial Officer at HYTORC, they oversee the financial operations of the company. Prior to joining HYTORC, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Argosy International Inc. from 2020 to 2022.

Before that, Vinnie held multiple roles at Bio-Chem Fluidics, including Interim CEO/President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, VP of Finance and Operations, and CFO/Vice President Finance, IT & HR. Their tenure at Bio-Chem Fluidics lasted from 2014 to 2020.

Vinnie also served as a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Visiometrics from 2018 to 2020.

In earlier stages of their career, Vinnie worked as the Corporate Controller at Inrad Optics Inc. and as a Consultant at Goldstein, Karlewicz & Goldstein, LLP. Vinnie also held a leadership position at Signature Badges and Accessories, Inc., where they served as President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer.

Their professional journey began at Compass International Services Corporation, where they worked as the Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to that, Vinnie served as the Corporate Controller at The Union Corporation. Vinnie started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.

Throughout their career, Vinnie has gained expertise in financial reporting, SEC filings, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, tax planning and compliance, inventory management, and establishing accounting policies and procedures.

Vinnie Favia obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business between the years 1980 and 1984. In addition to their formal education, they also earned a certification in Understanding Logistics from LinkedIn in May 2021.
