Gail G.

Gail G. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the financial services industry. From 1998 to 2004, they served as a Zone Collection Manager at Chrysler Financial, managing customer service and collections for delinquent accounts. Gail also worked as a Retail Credit Analyst during that time. Gail then joined Household Finance in 1995 as an Account Executive, where they communicated with consumers and facilitated loan agreements. Gail later held positions at Chrysler Financial from 2007 to 2010, including Operations Manager and Center Operations Manager, overseeing customer service, collections, and implementing new initiatives. From 2009 to 2016, Gail worked at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, initially as the Director of Collections and Loss Recovery, and later as the Vice President of Operations. Gail was responsible for managing the loan and deposit portfolio, mitigating losses, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Since 2016, Gail has been with Hyundai Capital America, first as the Senior Manager of Collection Staff Operations, and currently as the Director of Operations Strategy. In this role, they collaborate with various departments and supports the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. Gail also manages the financial and workforce aspects of the operations division and provides analysis for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Gail G. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri between 1990 and 1994. Gail then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration at Webster University from 1999 to 2001.
