Prior to this position, Thomas held various engineering and management titles across companies such as Concepts & Services Consulting and General Motors Europe, where responsibilities included advancements in autonomous driving and service programming systems. Starting a career as a Development Engineer at Baumer Ident GmbH in 1993, Thomas has cultivated extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership roles over several decades. Thomas Walter earned a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation Technology with a focus on Data Technology from FH Darmstadt between 1989 and 1993.
