Role Overview: As an Account Manager at DM Force, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading clients to achieve greatness and revolutionizing the real estate direct mail industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts.

  • Develop and execute direct mail campaigns to reach target audiences.

  • Educate clients on new services and ensure they are fully informed about campaign strategies and performance.

  • Build and maintain marketing reports to track campaign performance and ROI.

  • Ensure all campaigns are free of grammar errors or design glitches.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in campaign execution and content creation.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.

Compensation:

  • $120-140k+ OTE.

  • Management Compensation available via promotion.
