Shannon Huang has an extensive background in corporate alliance management, business development, and intellectual property strategy. Shannon has worked for various biopharmaceutical companies and academic institutions, with their most recent position being the Global Corporate Alliance Director at I-Mab Biopharma. In this role, Shannon has successfully navigated in-licensing and co-development collaborations, and has optimized project progression and resource utilization. Prior to this, they served as the International Partnership and IP Director at Sun Genomics, where they drove international business development and established a subsidiary in Switzerland. Shannon has also held roles at ASLAN Pharmaceuticals, Medigen Biotechnology Corp., National Cheng Kung University, UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, and University of Jyväskylä. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated a strong ability to form strategic partnerships, secure funding, negotiate contracts, and promote company portfolios. Shannon has played a key role in the successful IPO of a company and has contributed to the commercialization of innovative compounds and technologies.
Shannon Huang holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. In addition, Shannon also attended UCLA Anderson School of Management.
