Feras Elbendary

Feras Elbendary is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in infrastructure management and technical support. Currently serving as IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (I-SCORE) since March 2015, Feras has held various roles including IT Infrastructure Section Head and Senior Infrastructure Specialist, managing VMware environments, data storage products, and Exchange servers. Prior experience includes working as IT Technical Support for International Turnkey Systems, supporting users across multiple countries, and as an IT Helpdesk Engineer for Zain Ghana, focusing on service desk functionality. Feras's technical expertise is supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information from Helwan University, Cairo.
