Shehab Fahim

Shehab Fahim is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & OD at The Egyptian Credit Bureau S.A.E (ISCORE) since July 2022. Previously, Shehab held the title of Head of Organizational Development at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where advisory support was provided to the Human Resource director, and HR policies were developed in alignment with the bank's overall strategy. Experience at Bank Audi included roles as Human Resources Business Partner Deputy Manager and Career Planning Officer, focusing on organization development, compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Additional roles in human resources included positions at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions as a People Assessment Specialist and Calibers HR Consultancy as a Recruitment Specialist. Shehab holds a diploma in Human Resources Management from the American University in Cairo and a bachelor's degree in Law from Cairo University.
