Amy West (Youngs)

Amy West (Youngs) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Performance/Quality Assurance SME at IT Concepts, Inc since October 2022. Prior to this, Amy worked as the Founder and CEO of A2West Consulting starting from January 2019. From November 2020 to October 2022, they held the position of Senior Proposal Writer at General Dynamics Information Technology.

Amy has also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they served as the Firm CPAR Manager from April 2009 to October 2018. In this role, they managed the administration and coordination of the CPARS process for the entire firm, mentored and coached senior staff, and provided reference CPARs and metric summaries for proposal teams.

Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Amy worked as a Senior Consultant with the same company from February 2000 to April 2009. Amy began their career as a Management Analyst at BAE Systems from June 1999 to February 2000. Amy also has experience as an Administrative Specialist in the US Army from February 1995 to October 1998.

Amy West (Youngs) attended Strayer University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
