James Beiermann

James Beiermann has a diverse work experience. James currently works as a Business Analyst at IT Concepts, Inc. James started this role in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Carahsoft as a Government Account Representative from August 2021 to June 2022. In this role, they assisted government entities in acquiring cyber security software and supervised various transactions.

From September 2020 to May 2022, James served as the Head Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach at John Champe High School. James created practice plans, supervised players, and maintained correspondence with the coaching staff and Athletic Director. Before that, they worked as the Assistant Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach at the same school from September 2019 to September 2020.

James also has experience as a Facility Supervisor at Loudoun County Government from November 2019 to March 2022. In this role, they provided customer service, managed events, and oversaw tours and membership acquisitions. Additionally, they had an internship at Newport News Court Services Unit from February 2019 to April 2019, where they shadowed officers, attended meetings, and accompanied court liaisons.

James Beiermann has a diverse education background. James obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, with a focus area unspecified. Before that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Business Analytics from the same institution. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Christopher Newport University. Moreover, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2023. Lastly, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from PeopleCert in March 2023.
